  • Service appointments are subject to availability.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to schedule services at your requested time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or high demand.

  • Urgent or emergency pest treatments may be prioritized according to our operational capacity.

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

  • Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

  • Peak Extermination & Cleaning is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper maintenance, or factors beyond our control.

  • Our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
