2. Extermination Services

Pest control treatments may require multiple visits to achieve full results, depending on the type of pest, infestation severity, and property conditions.

If pests persist after the agreed treatment plan, we will provide follow-up treatments at no additional cost within the coverage period.

Refunds for extermination services are considered only if repeated follow-ups fail to resolve the problem and after a thorough assessment by our technicians.
3. Cleaning Services

We perform cleaning services according to professional standards.

If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours so we can schedule a re-clean at no extra charge.

Refunds for cleaning services may be issued if re-cleaning cannot resolve the issue or in cases of verified service errors.
4. Cancellations and Prepayments

Prepaid services that are canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee and partial or no refund.

For recurring service plans, refunds for unused services will be pro-rated based on services already rendered.
